Teeny Weenies

Boys and Girls: 3 months – Walkers

Mums and Bubs (Teeny Weenies) classes will be a social class for mums and their non-walker bubs. It will be about bonding with baby while exploring song and movement ideas, rhythmic movements such as rolling and rocking with mum, tummy time and sitting and crawling activities whether with mum or by themselves. If bub is a non-walker, this class is the perfect introduction to movement and a brilliant start for life.

Teeny Walker

Boys and Girls: Walkers – 2 years

It will be about bonding with baby while exploring song and movement ideas, rhythmic movements such as rolling and rocking, exploring colours, shapes and sensory experiences,  crawling and beginner climbing activities whether with mum or by themselves. If bub is a on the move, this class is the perfect introduction to movement and a brilliant start for life.

Tiny Tumbler

Boys and Girls: 2 – 3.5 years

45 minutes

Our qualified staff will guide your child through a 45 minute lesson that explores their physical abilities through age appropriate movement activities and obstacle courses using gymnastics equipment. Our Tiny Tumblers will build self-confidence while learning basic locomotor skills as well as balance, coordination and social interaction in a positive and encouraging environment. We explore song and movement ideas, rhythmic movements such as rolling and rocking, explore colours, shapes and sensory experiences and beginner climbing activities whether with mum or by themselves. Caregivers play a vital role in providing their child the security to explore these activities. For this reason, this class may need some parent assistance. We ask that you stay close enough that if needed you can jump into assist.

Gym Roller

Boys and Girls: 3.5 – 5 years

Our Little Roller classes cater for our tiniest of gymnasts. Our qualified staff will guide your child through a 45 minute lesson that explores their physical abilities through age appropriate movement activities and obstacle courses using gymnastics equipment. Our Little Rollers will build self-confidence while learning basic locomotor skills as well as balance, coordination and social interaction in a positive and encouraging environment. Caregivers play a vital role in providing their child the security to explore these activities. For this reason, this class requires an adult to move through the circuits together with their Little Roller.

Gym Springer

Boys and Girls: 5 – 7 years

Our Gym Springer classes allow our gymnasts to become comfortable and more independent in the gymnasium. Our enthusiastic coaches will take the children through a fun one-hour class that focuses on gymnastics fundamentals, body awareness and advancing fine and gross motor skills by exploring jumping, balancing, swinging, climbing and movement. Our Gym Springer program’s provide a positive environment that not only focuses on extending physical development but also on teaching children listening and social skills as well as learning to follow instructions and the importance of waiting ones turn. These gymnasts will have the opportunity to display their skills in an in-house competition at the end of each year.

Gym Tumbler

Boys and Girls: 7 – 9 years

Level: Beginner

Our Gym Tumblers program continues to on build cognitive skills, self-confidence, body awareness and improve gymnastics fundamentals. This 1.5-hour class teaches gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam and floor while introducing basic core strength and flexibility activities to increase body control. Our experienced and qualified coaches will provide a fun and nurturing environment where your Gym Tumbler will develop a true passion and love for gymnastics and all it offers. These gymnasts will have the opportunity to display their skills in an in-house competition at the end of each year.
