Mini Active

Girls: 6+  years

Length:
2 hours (Gymnasts can attend more than once a week if they wish)
Level: Previous gymnastics experience. Working Premier Program Level 1-3

Our Mini Active gymnasts will continue to build gymnastics skills on all four artistic gymnastics apparatus. Mini Active gymnasts progress through WAG Levels 1-3 and continue to refine gymnastics technique, body control and coordination, as well as working on building strength and flexibility. Mini Active gymnasts will learn to be a part of a team and learn to set and achieve goals in a positive and nurturing environment. These gymnasts will have the opportunity to display their skills twice a year, in a mid-year and end of year in an in-house carnival.

Junior Active

Girls: 8+ years

Level: Previous gymnastics experience. Working Premier Program Level 2-4

Our Junior Active gymnasts will continue to build gymnastics skills on all four artistic gymnastics apparatus. Mini Active gymnasts progress through WAG Levels 2-4 and continue to refine gymnastics technique, body control and coordination, as well as working on building more strength and flexibility to help increase skill level. Junior Active gymnasts will learn to set and achieve goals in a positive and nurturing environment. These gymnasts will have the opportunity to display their skills twice a year, in a mid-year and end of year in an in-house carnival.

Senior Active

Girls: 11+ years

2 hours per week (Gymnasts can attend more than once if they wish)
Level: Working Premier Program Level 3-5

Our Senior Active gymnasts will build gymnastics skills including acrobatics on all four artistic gymnastics apparatus. Senior Active gymnasts will aim to progress through WAG Levels 3-5 and continue to refine gymnastics technique, body control and coordination, as well as working on increasing strength and flexibility to help increase skill level. Senior Active gymnasts will learn to set and achieve goals in a positive and nurturing environment. These gymnasts will have the opportunity to display their skills twice a year, in a mid-year and end of year in an in-house carnival and may be invited to compete in external invitational competitions throughout the year.

Open Squad

Girls: 10+ years

6 hours per week
Level:Girls that have previous experience to a Level 3/4 standard or have moved through the Premier Active Program.

Our Open Squad gymnasts will build gymnastics skills including acrobatics on all four artistic gymnastics apparatus. Open Squad gymnasts will aim to progress through WAG Levels 4-6 and continue to refine gymnastics technique, body control and coordination, as well as working on increasing strength and flexibility to help increase skill level. Open Squad gymnasts will learn to set and achieve goals in a positive and nurturing environment. These gymnasts will have the opportunity to display their skills twice a year, in a mid-year and end of year in an in-house carnival and may be invited to compete in external competitions for the club throughout the year.

 

Ninja

Girls and Boys: 10+ years

Our Ninja classes combine core strength, coordination, balance and agility activities into one awesome circuit class with different levels of difficulty to allow each child to progress at their own pace. Our courses will help kids use their creativity and learn to strategise while they run, jump, swing and climb over our Ninja Warrior inspired challenges. Our enthusiastic coaches will provide new and exciting challenges each week to allow your child to let out their inner Ninja.

Tricks and Kicks Class

Girls and Boys: 8+ years

Level: Previous dance Acro or gymnastics experience required

Our Tumbling and Acrobatics class will build tumbling and acrobatic skills using gymnastics equipment to help enhance learning. Tumbling classes are a combination of dance acrobatics and gymnastics elements. You will learn to tumble, flip, fly and roll in a fun and safe environment with qualified coaches. Gymnasts will work on technique, body control and coordination, as well as working on increasing strength and flexibility to help build skill level.

Fitness for our Finest

Adults: 55+ years

Fitness for our Finest Seniors Program is a fun way to incorporate the benefits of gymnastics into a movement program that provides ongoing stimulation to keep bodies and minds active and healthy. Our seniors program is conducted on fully sprung gymnastics floor and incorporates movement with and without resistance to increase flexibility, strength, balance, coordination and confidence.  Fitness for our Finest will keep you focused, works on coordination, and provides that daily dose of exercise to keep up those energy levels. Classes are group based and are adapted to meet all levels of fitness and ability.
