Wen Song, Premier WAG Coaching Director, was a former member of the Chinese National Team as a gymnast and brings with him over 40 years of coaching experience to the club including coaching athletes at the Australian Institute of Sport. Wen is a current High Performance credited coach and was recruited by Australian gymnastics from China. Wen has been a State Team coach for the past 20 years and in this time has coached numerous Regional, State, National and International athletes and champions. Wen takes incredible pride in playing an active part in the junior development and initial development of junior gymnasts. Wen is determined to continue the growth of our excellent senior levels program, our junior development program and our talent identification program. Wen is known throughout Queensland and Australian gymnastics circles and is often used as a presenter at development clinics and workshops.
