Natalie first started Aerobic Gymnastics as an athlete in 2010. Starting off in the Aeroschools division, Natalie quickly progressed through the levels and reached Senior Elite level which she competed in for four years. Natalie had a very successful career as athlete before retiring at the end of 2017 to be able to dedicate more time to her coaching. Some highlights of Natalie include winning a gold and bronze medal at the 2013 and 2016 ANAC International Aerobics Championships as well as being part of the Australian National Squad Team for four years and winning 13 National Championships medals.
Natalie started as a beginner coach in 2010 and has since received her Advanced Coaching Accreditation. Natalie was appointed as the Head Aerobics coach at the end of 2016 and since then Premier has won the Gymnastics Queensland Performance Aerobics Club of the Year, two years in a row. In 2017, Natalie was selected as one of the Australian Team coaches at the ANAC International Aerobics Championships. Natalie was also the winner of the Gymnastics QLD High Performance Scholarship in 2017 recognizing her potential in the High Performance area.
Natalie is on the Sports Management Committee as the judging coordinator of Queensland. Natalie works closely with judges across QLD and is currently completing her presenter and assessor course to present education courses. Natalie is also largely involved in the development and choreography of the compulsory levels routines, used across Australia.
